Our long distance consultation is for those of you who live at a distance, where traveling to see us is not convenient.
How does it work?
We ask that you first fill out our intake forms, a detailed questionnaire and e-mail along with photograph of your tongue and pay for the initial consultation. We will then contact you to set up an initial 30 minute in-depth phone consultation.
Included in the initial consultation is a written individualized treatment plan. The treatment plan will include a diagnosis according to traditional Chinese medicine, a personalized herbal formula, and supplement/diet/lifestyle recommendations.
We suggest monthly follow-up consultations. This is a pre-scheduled 15-30 minute phone call to assess if any changes need to be made or added to the initial recommendations.
Herbs recommended are not included in the price of the consultation.
