Yoga Care + Acupuncture

As part of the Yoga Care Clinic monthly workshops, this month Robin will introduce you to small movement therapeutic hip opening asanas, designed to slowly and gently stretch the muscles of the hip joint and create an opening for deep energetic release.She will end the workshop with a guided meditation for chakra attunement and balance, while TCM Wellness Project Acupuncturist Danielle Defreitas will give acupuncture treament for stress relief.
Space is limited, advance payment is recommended. Some walkins accepted space permitting.
